# Shift & Hours: The rates above are for Double Shift working, 26 days a month. Minimum guaranteed hours will be 300 (Flexi) per month. Irrespective of less hours run minimum 300 hours will be charged. # Overtime: Additional hours beyond the fixed monthly hours will be charged extra on a pro-rata basis. # Sunday/Holidays: Sundays/Holidays worked will be considered as overtime/extra days unless included in the shift definition. # Other Terms: Any concrete setting inside the drum due to delay or negligence is the Hiree's liability. Hiree must provide water and a washing area for cleaning the drum after every shift. # Fuel: The Hiree shall provide Fuel / Diesel for the equipment free of cost at the equipment location without deduction. The Hirer does not provide a fuel consumption guarantee. AdBlue / Urea If applicable will be to Hiree's Account without any deduction. # Operator: The Hirer will provide a professional operator. The operator's salary will be paid by the Hirer. The Hiree must provide accommodation and food for the operating crew at the Hiree's cost. Accommodation is provided by Hiree. Food is provided by Hiree. Conveyance from Accommodation to site will be in Hiree's scope. # Security: Machine security (Day & Night) is the Hiree’s responsibility and cost. Any damage or theft at the site is the Hiree's liability. # Local Issues: RTO/Gate pass/Union issues are Hiree's scope. # Maintenance: Periodic maintenance will be done by the Hirer.
