Commercial Terms: Monthly Hiring Charges: ₹1,55,000/- per month per equipment Working Days: 26 days per month Shift Duration: 10 hours per shift GST: 18% per invoice Extra as applicable Additional Charges: Per hour Payment Terms: Within 15–20 days from the date of bill submission Standard Terms & Conditions: Fuel & Operator: The equipment shall be provided along with a trained operator. Fuel to be arranged by the client unless stated otherwise. Operation & Safety: The client is responsible for ensuring a safe and obstruction-free worksite. Proper access and ground conditions must be maintained. Breakdown Handling: In the event of a breakdown, downtime will be adjusted in the invoice accordingly. No charges will be applicable for breakdown hours. Working Hours: Usage beyond 10 hours per shift shall be treated as overtime and will be charged separately on a pro-rata basis if applicable. Site Entry Permissions: All required gate passes, permits, and approvals shall be arranged by the client in advance. Machine Movement: The Manlift will remain at the designated site; any shifting between sites must be informed and approved beforehand. Damage & Misuse: Any damage to the equipment due to mishandling or misuse at site will be chargeable to the client. Idle Days: Idle days due to reasons not attributable to us (such as site inaccessibility, delay in permits, or work stoppage) will be considered billable. Termination: A minimum notice period of 15 working days is required for demobilisation.
